Events by Knight

A complete Webflow redesign replacing a slow WordPress site with a faster, SEO-focused platform for services, venues, entertainment and event case studies.

The challenge

Events by Knight is a creative event agency specialising in the design, planning, production and management of corporate events, brand activations and private celebrations.

Its previous WordPress website had accumulated numerous plugins, making it slow, difficult to manage and increasingly complicated to update. The site no longer reflected the quality or scale of the company’s work, and important services were either difficult to find or lacked dedicated pages.

The project needed more than a visual refresh. It required a new structure capable of attracting relevant visitors, demonstrating the team’s experience and converting more traffic into valuable enquiries.

Rebuilding the website in Webflow

We redesigned and rebuilt the website in Webflow. Moving away from the plugin-heavy WordPress setup provided greater control over design, structure and performance, with a cleaner foundation that would be easier to maintain and expand.

Webflow CMS powers key areas of the site, allowing venues, entertainment acts, case studies and articles to be added without manually designing every page.

A stronger visual identity

The new website needed to reflect the creativity, energy and attention to detail behind Events by Knight. A 100vh, full-viewport hero makes an immediate visual impact, supported by large event photography, video, bold typography and immersive layouts.

Real event content replaces generic stock imagery, giving potential clients a clearer sense of the scale and atmosphere the team creates for brands, businesses and private clients.

Building around SEO

SEO was included from the beginning. The website structure was planned around the services, event types and information potential clients search for, with focused content, headings, URLs, internal links and metadata.

Dedicated pages cover corporate planning, summer and Christmas parties, conferences, award ceremonies, brand activations, event production, private parties, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, destination events and venue finding. Visitors can now enter through a page closely matched to their needs.

Venues and entertainment

A venue directory showcases locations where Events by Knight can plan and produce events. Each venue page can explain the space, its features and suitable event types while connecting relevant services, examples and enquiry routes.

A scalable entertainment directory includes aerial performers, artistic and dance acts, LED performers, magicians, DJs, musicians, speciality entertainment and themed acts.

Case studies and event-planning content

An extensive case-study library presents real corporate events, brand activations and private celebrations through project details, galleries and video. These examples provide social proof while strengthening internal links to services and venues.

An event-planning blog supports long-term SEO with venue inspiration, industry insight and practical advice, guiding readers towards the most relevant service or enquiry page.

A clearer enquiry journey

Stronger calls to action now appear throughout the website, encouraging visitors to request a consultation, discuss an event, explore a venue or submit detailed requirements. Forms are positioned at key decision points and collect useful event information so the team can respond more effectively.

The result

Events by Knight now has a faster, more professional website that accurately reflects the scale and quality of its work. Dedicated sections for services, venues, entertainment, case studies and planning content create many more opportunities to appear in search and attract clients looking for specific event expertise.

Clearer calls to action and improved forms make it easier to take the next step. Since launch, the Webflow site has attracted increased website traffic and generated more enquiries while providing a scalable platform for future content.
